Pimples on buttock
Since several years i am getting pimples on my buttock area, sometimes small, mostly big with pus, they dry out eventually but are very painful and leave dark spots, now spreading towards inner thighs, even after maintaining hygiene.

You seem to be having recurring furunculosis. This is an infection of hair follicles by staphylococcus a common bacteria. This may not respond to only change in hygiene. you may need oral antibiotics as well as antibiotic cream prophylaxis. this will need to be continued for at least a could of months till you are rid of infection permanently
