While I scratch my head I keep noticing small pimple like lumps on my head (4-5) since last 1 year...I generally scratch them away..they are mostly dry and doesn't pain too much...is this a cause of concern ?

Not really. Use a medicated shampoo and maintain scalp hygiene. Consult , if problem persists
