Pimples leftout blackmark

From past few years pimples had left out black marks on the cheek. My doctor suggested azelac and flavo c serum but the results are not good. Is there any suggestions for permanent treatment.

Hello! Acne marks do take long time to clear with creams. You can opt for procedures like peels to get rid of them faster. Hope this helps.
