Pimples in buttock and thigh region , Also my armpits, neck and thick region is dark in complexion .

You are developing pimples regularly so first do routine blood test to rule out some systemic illness like DM. Than visit your nearby dermatologist he will diagnose if any other underlying dieses is there or not than he will prescribe you a good medicines so it will not develop again..
