Got bumps on chin after waxing, pimples on chest , red tiny pimples. Bumps are never gone since I started waxing on face

Such bumps are common when you wax your face regularly and you have hard growth...i would advice you to stop waxing and get laser hair reduction. These marks wont go away if you continue waxing.
