From past sixnths I have been getting pimples on my face and also white heads. Recently within last month I have been noticing white patches on my face. Also the pimples have now turned to black and brown spots. I am been treated under cod and have been prescribed follicular tablets from past three months. I fear the white patches on face to be some serious skin condition. What should I do to treat these skin issues. Is there smthng I need to change in food habits like avoiding milk items etc.
