At your age acne is common problem. There are many treatment available according to severity of your problem.  Drink plenty of water stop using hair oil or any oil on face take good balance diet.  These are some general measures however you have to take some medicines also for next few months.  Meet any good dermatologist he will assess you and will prescribe you required medicines.
