Hello. There are many modalities of treatment available to remove acne scars. Depending On the type of scars it can be decided. Usually post acne scars are pigmented, and can be box scars and ice pick type. Sadly creams do not help with much except for pigmentation. Microneedling coupled with RF or Ablative lasers can help.
