No.. treatment depends on the grade...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Zinc alone will not help get rid acne. You need topical medication or oral medicines depending on what stage your pimples are. Please get your pimples treated else they leave behind pigmentation and scars. Kindly consult online for proper treatment guide.
