It's been around 8 months since my skin started breaking out. Many small bumps arise in my skin every now and then, which later turn into pimples and leave ugly marks that refuse to go away. Of late I am also experiencing dandruff problem, my scalp becomes itchy at times and also scaly. Are pimples and dandruff related? I would like to know what would reduce my pimples and the scars. Please help.

You may get free and total testosterone levels .Avoid applying oil on your hair as it helps the malassezia to grow further which is the root cause for dandruff . For acne keep you skin dry by using prescribed face wash or cleansers , avoid oily food and stress . Start will medications oral as well as topical . Dandruff may increase in winters .
