Pimples and bumps on forehead & cheeks

Since I have given birth to my daughter 3 years back, my face is very prone to have pimples/acnes and bumps under skin. However not on the full face, only both sided cheekbones and forehead are exposed. I tried many home remedies but no help. Can I get any dermatologist suggestions or any preliminary medical help? I have PCOD and hypothyroidism so I take 75mcg Thyronorm on daily basis.

It can be cleared..Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
