Pimple underneath foreskin

Some weeks back i noticed a pimple underneath my foreskin. It was soft and painless. After some 3 or 4 hours it disappeared. Recently now some hours ago I saw it again and it is still there. I even took some photographs of it. Kindly tell me what it could be as I am very stressed. Thank you
