I have pimple scar and holes on my face . Please suggest some permanent solution if possible.. And my skin is too oily

Greetings! Thanks for your query. There are many treatment options available for acne scar like derma roller, fillers and laser therapy etc. Choice of treatment depends on the proper assessment by a Dermatologist to have the best outcome. Face wash containing Salicylic acid is good for acne prone oily skin.
