Hello doctor, i m shabnam i m staff nurse by profession.my skin is dry. Due to my profession work i  my daily routine is not consistent.my duty schedule changed every week ie. Morning afternoon and 1 night shift in a month.. Due to this schedule pimpels occurs  on my face.  I do care for my skin bt its happening  regularly. I m fed up now. Further the problem become huge during my monthly periods. Please give some permanent solution for that. Tell me why they are occurring  and is there  r any permanent solution for that if yes then suggest me. Thank you
