Dont use steroid based otc creams.There are plenty of options for treating dark spots. Its highly recommended to get a timely consultation with a dermatologist for skin issues, especially pimples which have potential for ugly scars

No dear. Don't use this for pimples. Instead of curing, it will cause more severe, thick round pimples. Don't self treat yourself. If you have acne, please consult online directly and take proper treatment
