A pimple was in chest area  2 years ago.Now the pimple has turned into brown hard lump (like 1.5cm).I am scared if it is carcinogenic or not.Can a pimple turn into hard lump? Can it last for years?I have oily skin and in summer season I get many pimples but that particular pimple in chest area is not going away. There is no tenderness or no itching and no watery discharge and nothing like those.

Pimple can converted to keloid in few cases if tendency is there. It's benign so not to worry. Still in your case photo is needed for examination. For this kind of acne, specific treatment is available which is of 4 to 6 month course, so consult Dermatologist for the same.
