Pimple or maybe a mosquito bite

I think a mosquito bit me on my lower abdomen and since it was itching very bad, I scratched all over with my bare nails. Now it has swollen and pains quite a bit. That area feels swollen and the head/tip of it looks as if something bit me very bad.sometimws it looks as if it's a pimple, I am just concerned because a mosquito bite is actually giving a very hard time. Please advise
