I have a small pimple on my vagina...please suggest some medicine...I am having these problem from last 4-5 days..I always keep my private area clean..I don't understand how this happens to me

Greetings,a very common cause of vaginal pimples is folliculitis, which is an infection and inflammation of the hair follicles.but without seeing the affected area can't say much and also need bit more information regarding same .
