It could be Furuncle or just folliculitis. Folliculitis are pus-filled, inflamed bumps that form under the skin of your vagina. These bumps can develop on the outside of the vagina or on the labia. these boils develop when a hair follicle becomes impacted and an infection develops in the follicle. Consult a Dermatologist for the same to prevent further progression and aggravation of the lesion.
