Hi my new born s just 3 weeks he s having red pimples on s body for what reason it has happend what cream should I apply..

Hi this is normal for a newborn.no need to apply anything.it will subside on its own mostly. But baby having fever dull not taking feeds consult pediatrician. Exclusive breast feed ur child followed by burping adequately.
