Experiencing some pimple like structures on penis foreskin (not on the head) since last 30-35 days, they are not painful neither are they itchy. Although the size has been reduced from the day 1. Has been on antibiotics from last week, also applying HHZole cream and TBact cream on regular basis. Please suggest what condition it is and what treatment I can rely on to get rid of this? Will they go away on their own or a treatment is required? Any food restrictions or food advices as well please. Thanks
