I got a pimple-like painful thing on my bum. It's been 3 days and the pain hasn't subsided I have been applying Boroline. It's just Reddish and it's 0.5cm radius.

Based on your description you probably have a bacterial infection called furuncle. Do warm water compresses. Apply antibiotic cream fucidin 3 times daily for a week. If the boil increases in size do see a dermatologist who will prescribe a course of appropriate oral antibiotic.
