Hello, So its been 4 years since I've been having pimple like small bumps nose but they aren't exactly pimple, they don't hurt when touched or never go away. Somtimes I have other pimples on my cheeks and nose and they usually go away within 4-5 days but these are different, they are skin coloured small bumps, cysts? that just doesn't seem to go away no matter which facewash or scrub I use. I have perfect face skin now except for that small bumps looks like cysts. How to get rid of it?
