Pimple inside my eye lid
The eye is blurry.
This started 3-4 days ago, it was nothing and just red eyes before it became this yesterday night. It makes my eye uncomfortable although it's not very painful, just irritates the eye upon blinking. Please tell me what this is and what should I do to treat this. I also find my eyelashes producing one or two dandruff on them daily. Please help. Thank you

This Lesion can be secondary to the Dandruff over your eyelashes
Since the lesion is big
Try doing
-hot fomentation 2-3 times a day over your lower eyelid
Apply
-Occupol / polychlor eye ointment 2 times a day for 7 days
- Vigamox / Mosi eye drop 4 times a day for 7 days
- Refresh Liquigel 4 times a day for 7 days

For the infection part
Clean eyelashes with ear buds dipped in diluted baby shampoo, do hot fermentation
Ocupol D eye ointment massage in the night
Lubricating drops ..Refresh 3 times
If doesne get better in couple of days ..consult doc
