Pimple is forming inside my ear canal not in the outer ear area. Went to ent as well he prescribed ointment t bact but it says its for external use. My left ear is paining specially towards flap. Pls recommend some ear drop for relief. Orally im taking zifi cv twice a day with allegra m

Its otitis externa you can use the ointment in the canal too either use the earbud to apply it just insert the cotton part of the bud after taking ointment over it and add one anti inflammatory with the medication too for 5 days it will reduce the pain and will reduce the edema too
Next Steps
and if still no relief visit the doctor again u may need ear packing and if pus point noted they will remove it too
