Hello I have a pimple at the back under the neck and it pains when I lay down. It has pus and surrounded by redness. My mother popped it out to take out the pus and lot of blood came out. Please tell me why it happened because I never got it before and tell me the treatment as well. Thank you! I have also attached a picture of it.
