5 days ago my i had my operation done for pilonidal sinus..how much time will it take to heal up? doctors said that it will take a few days nd i am on medications. please suggest me some tips as i have to travel alot

Take rest. It will take 2-3 weeks. Just in case it reoccurs, then you can consult me for treatment as Homoeopathy has a very good  treatment for it.
