I was diagnosed with piles now I am facing a burning issue in my anal hole and also I am getting stomach pain and backbone pain I am unable to tolerate the same is this because of piles or is there any other thing that makes the stomach pain and backbone pain once my motion gets released the backbone pain and stomach pain reduces but the pain and the burning issue in the anal hole remains same any help would be very much greatly helpful I am really tired of the pain
