Is it safe to use anovate cream for piles to be used externally  during breastfeeding. Does it have any side effects

Annovate is given for haemarrhoids/piles . Consult a surgeon before just starting any cream.
Next Steps
you might need a proctoscopy before starting the treatment for appropriate advice on other diet for haemarrhoids.
