I have little pain in back stooling area. When sitting and standing. I can't sit properly please suggest some medicine.

It's a external pile mass Visit a surgeon have to examine Per rectal once than plan surgery Till the time Follow this High fiber diet Plenty of oral fluid Warm sitz bath Sup duphalac 3 tsp in the night before sleeping night Lignocaine jelly per rectal apply two times in a day This u have to do it for 10 days

U have external haemorrhoids tats why u feel that pain on sitting...From the picture u dont seem to have any abscess in the perianal region so possibility of abscess is less...
