Dear maam, I am suffering from Piles. Approximately 3 Years before Piles problem started. I was recommended for natural remedy and I have opted to first go for natural remedy. One Old man used to hive medicine for Piles which I have also taken and I was completely okay. Now from past 10 Days, I am again feeling discomfort due to Piles. Can you help me in this regard.
