I'd like to know if I can get a piles surgery documents I have got piles for which my doctor suggest to undergo for a surgery but I have choose the medication method . And I am going good now . Piles has almost gone and I am taking a goof diet I am a working woman And I have told my company that I am going for surgery method to take the leaves I know I have not done the right thing My company is asking for surgery documents Can you please provide the surgery documents It's a humble request
