Hi am having piles problem for last 3 days not able to sit and more paining and irritating sensation while constipation. Please suggest some medicine to relieve from this

The most probable reason is indigestion leading to constipation. I think as per your complaints this could be anal stricture . Take syp cremaffin plus 15 ml twice Apply Cremagel in the anal region Take plenty of fluids Fibre diet Avoid oily and spicy food

If symptoms does improve with in three then he need clinical per rectum examination

Anobliss ointment three times a day after passing stools. Softovac Powder 2 tsf with water at night time Sitz bath ( Take Luke warm water in tub & sit in it for 15 mins ) three times daily Take extra salad with every meal.
