Let her sit in a tub of lukewarm water three times a day. Take a laxative at bedtime. Consider a physical exam by a surgeon of the pain is severe.

Is she having hard stool (constipation)? If yes, then use stool softener like Syr. Looz 15-20ml before sleep Ask her to do Sitz bath with lukewarm water (take warm water in a tub and sit in it) 3-4times daily Apply Anobliss or Anomed-L Ointment instead of Anometrogyl after every Sitz bath and before defecation Though giving the above advice, I would appreciate if clinical examination is done by a Surgeon or proctologist.
Next Steps
It will be better if you take her to a Surgeon or Proctologist physically for clinical examination for better suggestion.
Health Tips
Ask her to have plenty of oral fluids and have fibre rich diet (green vegetables and fruits).
