I m 31Year Old lady miscarrige 4month baby in last dec 2017 and after D&C got piles problem. Now it is 6months post miscarriage, and still have 3rd degree piles, and a small anul fissure inside. No pain , No blood loss. I am taking Piles medicines (Doxium). I want to concieve again, but not sure about Piles Problem. Whether I should go for surgery before pregnancy or is it ok to plan pregnancy?

Piles/haemorrhoids is not a problem to conceive. U can plan your pregnancy.. However the symptoms get worse in pregnancy due to constipation. So it depends on your present condition. Please discuss personally with your surgeon and gynaecologist as to what's best for u
