I have piles its nt major or painful but can it b cured by medication or surgery is required? Which medicine shld i take?

Hello, piles (hemmroids) is a surgical problem ,one cannot say whether it requires surgery or not just by complaints , local examination is required ,usually 3 and 4 grade hemmoroids requires surgery , others can be managed with soft food items and laxatives . Consult general surgeon .
