I have external piles from long time.it has become so big that whole place is surrounded and I have lot of problem when passing stool.lot of pain burning and itching.please suggest some medicine

Haemorrhoids (piles) is a very troublesome  condition. We can prescribe medicines to reduce the pain but not to get rid of the haemorrhoids. On practo I cannot prescribe medicines. But the best option for you at this stage according to your symptoms would be surgery.
