Hello, I had a vaginal delivery last year January (06-01-2021) After my delivery I developed piles/haemorrhoid. I had severe pain , light bleeding and irritation while passing stools. So I consulted a Siddha doctor and took medicine for 5 months. The pile mass reduced. Currently I'm not taking any medicine. Now the pile mass has again become big and it's very problematic to pass stools. Now I'm unable to pass stools daily. Only alternative days I'm able to do. On that day also it's paining and burning sensation is there. Also if I'm not passing stool, I develop severe Gas problem. Currently I'm out of India, I live in Europe- Belgium I couldn't consult doctor also. Please suggest what can be done.

If you were in India, at this stage when about 15 months have passed since your delivery, you are an ideal candidate for surgical treatment for Piles. And that is the only permanent cure. For the time being you should take adequate amount of fluids, go for walks, take Dulcolax tablet every night, eat fresh fruits (not fruit juice). I don't know about the Medical Insurance part, but you may consult a General Surgeon in that country too.
