Today I noticed that there is a swelling in the outside part of my anus. I'm having constipation and doing work from home for a long time. The swelling is external and lightly discomfort. I'm attaching a Google picture exactly how it looks. Please help me with this.

If it is causing you pain and discomfort whilst passing stools or if there is bleeding, then the best option is to get it removed. In the mean time please use a stool softener syrup to relieve the constipation, as the pain will increase with constipation.
