Painless bleeding suggest piles.
Weakness is due to blood loss.
Grading is done as follows
Grade 1- only bleeding
Grade 2 - piles mass also comes outside during defaction along with bleeding which goes inside own its own
Grade 3 - piles mass comes out during defaction along with bleeding but needs manual repositioning through fingers
Grade 4 - piles mass is outside permanent along with bleeding what we call is prolapse of piles mass
Basically piles is diagnosed on basis of patient history and clinically (proctoscopy)and no test is required for this.
You can get a CBC done for haemoglobin levels since there is heavy bleed and weakness which may require further management
