Four months of pain, itching and burning despite treatment means the diagnosis should be rechecked; fissure, piles, dermatitis or fungal irritation can overlap. This is not by itself suggestive of cancer, but persistent symptoms need an examination. Keep stools soft with fibre, adequate water, avoid straining and use warm sitz baths. Do not continue antibiotics unless specifically prescribed for an infection. Please book a Practo consultation with me or a colorectal surgeon, especially if there is bleeding, a lump, weight loss, fever or discharge.

You should get PER RECTAL EXAM done and don't worry high likely it's not cancer, you can try sitz bath which is basically sitting in lukewarm water mixed with betadine for 2-3 times along with medical management for further management you should see  consultant
