here is what you can do at home.
1. drink a glass of Luke warm water in the morning everyday.
2. have high fat diet.
3. avoid oily and spicy foods. you should just stay away from green chillies.
4. drink lots of water through the day.
5. have smaller meals through the day instead of having 3 big meals.
6. avoid smoking and drinking. they are a absolute no no in your situation.
if you follow all these, you will definitely see a lot of improvement.
