I have sufering from abdominal pain from 6yrs and since 1 yrs I have piles problem too..I'm taking some homeopathic medicine but it's not working properly..plzz give some effective medicine.

Evaluate yourself properly with good proctologist Piles .. internal/ external , degree of piles , primary or secondary, associated with fissure or not These all form proper treatment protocol.. please don’t neglect and try home remedies or homeopathy
