I have piles problem. Having so much pain at the time of evacuation and after evacuation. I have taken pilex but not efective.

Piles is usually painless unless it come out and gets enlarged and thrombosed The other usual painful condition is anal fissure For both apply cream before stools , use laxatives and sitz baths after stools for relief.
