Pigmentation problem

I have found black and white dotted marks on my hands..Earlier I thought that was dust  or tan and I tried to scrub it..But no use..Later I came to know that it was pigmentation problem.plz suggest something to this ..I feel wierd. Plz Do suggest any remedy for this either natural or by using medicines or creams...
