Pigmentation on breasts

There's been pigmentation on the breasts since months , could you suggest a medication please. The scars are not going away and skin tone is uneven. Had consulted a doctor for the same before and was taking pinodin - Tx but nothing has worked , have tried applying gels. So if you could help. Thank you.
