Piece left out after D &C

I had undergone D&C ON 6 FEB 2019 AND now no bleeding is there for past two days or only minute spotting . But  in USG report dated  18 feb ,one piece of 28x11mm is seen inside . What are the chances of it coming out naturally.

it may not come out naturally.. however u cn try medication for expulsion.. if even after medications it persists u ll hv to go for ultrasound guided d & c
