Greetings I have liquid in the pouch of Douglas, did a CT scan, and it measures 10x7x5cm, previously treated for Uterine TB(TN gold negative, chest x-ray clear),but the pelvic pain still persisted. Been advised to take Ofloxacin 200mg. 1.For how long do I take it for. 2.ESR has come down from 33 to 21( took Chymoral) 3.How do I check if the fluid has been reabsorbed. 4.What blood tests to be done to determine if the antibiotic is working. Did a VDRL,HIV test ,came out negative. Kindly advise.
