Is there by any chance that pid develops due to infection of spleen or liver or if u have very severe episode of dengue hemorrhagic fever? Or only through std it is caused? Please explain

Pelvic inflammatory disease can also be blood borne , or by spread from adjacent organ.

Dengue septicemia can cause Pelvic inflammatory disease.at least theoretically.
