Your age and 2 weeks of gym is specifying this problem, at this age suddenly this problems doesn't occur also it is possible that you were lifting quite heavy weight for your shoulder ,for which your body and muscles are not ready to take, so it may be muscles spasm , straight , and when you doing gym in wrong pattern or position this type.of.problems are common

Your pain could be due to neck muscles spasm or strain. How much relief you have got with five days of Physiotherapy? I would suggest you to continue for another five sittings followed by neck stretching and strengthening exercises for another three months. You should avoid gym while taking Physiotherapy. Follow the do's and don'ts advice. Start doing gym activities with minimal weights gradually.
